The filing contains the following proposals: Amendments to the California Workers Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan 1995 (USRP), including amendments to the Standard Classification System. These amendments are proposed to be become effective September 1, 2021 and applied to a policy with an effective date on or after September 1, 2021. Amendment to the Miscellaneous Regulations for the Recording and Reporting of Data 1995 to become effective September 1, 2021 and applied to a policy with an effective date on or after September 1, 2021.
