Tuesday’s primary election in Nelson County saw Tim Hutchins take down two rivals in the Republican race for Judge-Executive, while political newcomer Candy Massaroni sprung an upset in the GOP race in beating Trey Bradley to succeed Chad McCoy as 50th District state representative.
