A young woman talks about being with Oliver Williams and in his final moments. She hopes his family find comfort in the fact he was not alone when he died. Good evening. Williams was killed on a bart train earlier this week. It happened when he tried to stop a sleeping homeless man from having his shoes stolen. We spoke with the woman there when it all happened. Thats right. I spoke to 22 yearold nursing student. Right here on the college campus. She tried to save the life of a man on bart. He eventually died of stab wounds. Shes a frequent rider. Shes also wheelchair bound and legally deaf. She got on the train that day she got a really uneasy feeling about a barefoot man who got on the train with her. His behavior was erratic. And i just kind of got uncomfortable. She saw the shoeless man enter the train car and tried to steal a shoe from a sleeping homeless man. The fellow bart passenger williams jumped up and told him dont take the shoe. The man left and returned demanding williams
