05:58 EDT, 16 April 2021 321 shares A 24-year-old man has been arrested for attempted murder after a teenager s hand was chopped off in a horrific machete attack in Leeds.  Jaden Hughes, 18, was targeted and his severed hand was left lying in the road following the suspected gang assault on Stanks Parade, Swarcliffe, on Tuesday night. Additional stop and search powers put in place in part of east Leeds on Wednesday have been extended for a further 24 hours.
