School worker maintains company should have known nurse who stabbed her on bus was unwell
PITTSBURGH – Counsel for a school employee stabbed in the back by a nurse/school bus aide during an altercation more than two years have replied to preliminary objections from the assailant’s employer, maintaining that the company should have known the nurse was mentally ill and worked to prevent such an incident.
