Miller, Ocala Star-Banner A Tampa man has pleaded no contest in a gas pump skimming case and will serve a 150-day jail sentence and three years of probation. Through a Spanish interpreter, Circuit Judge Anthony Tatti adjudicated Royniel Fabelo-Cedeno guilty on Tuesday on four counts of destruction of computer equipment to defraud or obtained property; two counts of criminal mischief more than $1,000 damage; and once count each of unlawful use of two way communications device, unlawful possession of personal identification, use of scanning device or re-encoder to defraud, and forgery of credit card.
