Kim graduated from Reid State Technical College with degrees in both Nursing and Cosmetology. She worked multiple years as an ER nurse and home health care provider. She worked four years as an Employment and Training Coordinator for Experience Works and four years as the State Program Manager for North Dakota Senior Career Development.
