Matt Gaetz has consistently denied the charges of sex trafficking and having sexual relationship with an underage girl. He alleged that the accusations were a part of an extortion plot to secure $25 million from his family. However, his arrest now seems imminent as the unnamed survivor reportedly testified before Florida Grand Jury this week alleging that Gaetz had sex with her before she turned 18 years of age, according to DailyMail. If found guilty, Gaetz could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison, 30 years of probation and might incur a penalty of up to $10,000.
