This letter is in response to the letter written by Property Manager Kevin Kjer. Mr. Kjer has been making a substantial sum of money renting homes in purely residential neighborhoods to people who don’t care about the community, abuse their neighbors, and regularly trespass on neighbors’ land and HOA’s docks and beaches.

Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,432,633,317 for December 2023, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Boards monthly report released Wednesday. This amounts to a 9.04 percent increase compared to the same month a year ago when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,313,801,128.

Starting February 1, the food waste drop-off program is moving to a new location to allow for expanded days and times. STR’s residential customers can now drop off their food waste for free Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
