violaciones a los Derechos Humanos en Colombia en el contexto del Paro Nacional 2021 y sus masivas movilizaciones.
Desde el 28 de abril del presente año, diferentes sectores de la población colombiana se tomaron las calles para manifestarse en contra de una Reforma Tributaria propuesta por el Gobierno Nacional, la cual afectaba severamente a la clase media y a los grupos más empobrecidos, y a su vez favorecía a las grandes empresas privadas y a las clases dominantes. Miles de ciudadanos inundaron las calles y plazas públicas de las grandes ciudades y pequeños pueblos en todo el país para expresar pacíficamente su descontento. Los protagonistas de estos hechos históricos son los manifestantes, entre los que se destacan jóvenes desempleados y personas con pocas oportunidades laborales, quienes no ven un buen futuro en este país.
