The 27-year-old was arrested Thursday and ordered held temporarily in federal custody. He allegedly admitted in April to meeting the 15-year-old on four occasions, including in a school parking lot and the driveway of his home.

U.S. Marshals made the arrest in Georgia, Sept. 22. The suspect was brought to Cumberland County Oct. 11.
