If a hand count is ordered counties will be scrambling to meet deadlines. If a hand count is required by the elections board, it will be somewhat difficult for Milwaukee County to provide that in the time limit that we have been given. We have to have this done by 8pm on dec. 1 12th. Its also going to cost more Milwaukee County submitan estimated recount cost of 536 thousand dollars, but a hand count could up that number by 100 or 200 thousand dollars. And the latest estimate from the Election Commission has gone up now to 3. 9 Million Dollars. That money is due in the next hour.
