The seller was Groveland Investment Group, which paid $1.85 million for the property and an adjacent property at 1513 16th (the former Dismas building), according to Metro records.
Infill Development Partners LLC, an entity affiliated with Nashville-based HailSolve, in October paid $1.1 million for the 0.19-acre property at 1513 16th. (Read more
