Police are looking for a woman walking with a slight limp, wearing a babushka, as well as a shawl or cape and possibly lipstick.

Theft from yards: Muirfield Drive
Police are investigating the theft of two boxes containing $70 worth of lipstick and hair care product that were taken from a porch around 9:20 p.m. March 1.
Security video was checked, and the suspect is described as a woman with a medium build, wearing a shawl or cape along with a babushka-style headdress and walking with a slight limp.

Houston leads U.S. in home sales at master-planned communities
Houston leads U.S. in home sales at master-planned communities Bridgeland tops sales for Houston-area master-planned communities. Houston is a master when it comes to master-planned communities. A report released January 5 by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors shows the Houston metro area is home to eight of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in 2020. That’s the highest total for any metro area in the U.S. In all, those eight communities sold more than 5,000 homes last year, which also was the highest total for any metro area. Leading the Houston pack is Bridgeland, a master-planned community in Cypress developed by The Woodlands-based Howard Hughes Corp. The report says 873 homes were sold there last year, up 19 percent from 2019. That total put Bridgeland at No. 9 among the top 50.
