BENTONVILLE -- Northwest Arkansas Community College has received an $8 million grant to establish a program that teaches bicycle trail building and maintenance.

The selection of Charles Robinson as the first Black chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville is a win for the state.

The UA System Board of Trustees selected Robinson through a unanimous vote on Wednesday. He has served as interim chancellor since August 2021.
