Last phase of Geneva Mills project goes before town

NORTH PROVIDENCE – The final phase of the build-out of residential units within the Geneva Mills is set to go before the Planning Board, filling the last 24,000 square feet of space.
Developer Steven Lancia said the planned one-bedroom open loft units on the first floor of the park side of the old mill complex became possible when earlier units were built on a smaller scale.
“Things change,” he said, and he had the interior space and parking spaces available for further expansion. These new units “would fill it up,” he said.
