Its been slashed nearly in half to 330 330 million and this couldnt come at a worse time. As terror threats are increasing, as the danger from isis increases, as we hear about loan wolves from one end of the country to the other. They say the urban Area Initiative helps with training attacks for police and firefighters. It also helps fund extra patrols.
