Secretary austin is someone who because of that experience and because he came up through the ranks and served as an officer, first africanamerican secretary of defense, he does have a unique understanding of the challenges that we face here. I think theres some very specific things that he needs to do and i think he understands that. I think he understands that he needs to be more intrusive. We need to be more intrusive into the lives of our service members. I think he understands we need to be absolutely sure we are using the uniform code of military to prosecute people on active duty who engage in these activities.
