One Nation is demanding changes to greenfield agreements, casual conversion and part-time flexibility in return for its support for the industrial relations bill and has described its amendments as ânon-negotiableâ.
But employers have praised the partyâs position given the modest nature of the amendments and its backing of reforms that prevent employers having to backpay regular casuals permanent entitlements on top of their 25 per cent loading.

The government needs the support of both One Nation and Centre Alliance Senator Stirling Griff to pass the bill and it wants it passed this week, as the Senate does not sit again until the May budget.
