Shane Donaldson, the University of Rhode Island athletics official denied access to radio broadcast facilities at Virginia Commonwealth, has filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice.

The Virginia Commonwealth University athletic department issued an apology Wednesday after the University of Rhode Islands Shane Donaldson said he wasnt able to do a radio broadcast at the Siegel Center due to his disability.
