PARKING in a Hereford street will be banned for 18 months due to building works, Herefordshire Council has said. The council said from Monday (May 24), parking will be banned on a section of Stonebow Road, leading to Hereford County Hospital from the A465 Commercial Road. The ban will be in force from 7am to 7pm for 18 months as work continues at The Stonebow Unit. The parking ban will apply to the area marked in red. TEMPORARY buildings have been put in place at Hereford hospital as part of a £26 million investment in mental health services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
