Blocked off. uh so only allow official emergency services in there. i spoke with one of the police officers, and they had mentioned that there are significant amount of gas leaks. around the town. uh many power lines down. so for anybody to go in there, whos an untrained professional would be very dangerous. so once they get that cleared up, i believe that they may accept volunteers , so my plan is to go back there. uh, later today and. see if bill bill accept volunteers and help with the relief...
