The 2015 usa freedom act banned bulk collection of private records. The Senate Judiciary committee recently held a hearing on reauthorizing the legislation. Among the witnesses were officials from the fbi, the Justice Department and the nsa. This is two hours. 2015. We have two panels, basically, four parts of the act.
