Female Crewmember Dies After Prop Gun Misfire On New Mexico Set Of Alec Baldwin Film ‘Rust'

Alec Baldwin "discharged" the prop gun that killed Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza on the New Mexico set of Rust.

L.A. judge rejects 'Rust' script supervisor Mamie Mitchell's initial attempt to bring assault and distress claims against producers of the movie.

Alec Baldwin removed one of his two Twitter accounts days after his first sit-down interview since the fatal shooting of film maker Halyna Hutchins.

Hilaria Baldwin was spotted on Friday wearing a metallic gray jacket, leggings and UGG boots as she rode horses and went shopping in the Hamptons, where she and Alec Baldwin own a home.

DA Mary Carmack-Altwies appeared to be responding to Baldwins claim during his interview with ABC that he was unlikely to face any charges and that he supposedly never pulled the trigger.

Bryan W. Carpenter, a weapons armorer who works for Dark Thirty Film Services, said the gun firing without Baldwin pulling the trigger is highly unlikely.

The pair were seen grabbing coffee at the Madman Espresso as Baldwin kept a sullen look, dressed in all black, while Hilaria wore electric metallic leggings and a golden-colored vest.

The live round that Alec Baldwin fired and accidentally killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust may have been a homemade bullet, according to court documents.

Halyna Hutchins, 42, will be laid to rest this weekend, a month after she was killed by Alec Baldwin on the Rust set. Her tombstone will read: Her light shapes our lives. Keep chasing your vision.
