The City of Laramie is requesting proposals from developers for the "North 4th Street Redevelopment Project," which aims to create a mixed-use space combining housing and commercial facilities. With the recent re-location of the City of Laramie’s Public Works Facilities the City desires to partner with a private development firm for the immediate redevelopment of the now vacant city-owned site located along the eastern side of North 4th Street, between Canby and Shield Street. The City is seeking to collaborate with potential developers through sale of the property or other mutually advantageous agreement for redevelopment of this property. The immediate goal is to redevelop the site to assist in meeting the community's needs for both housing and commercial spaces.
