Deliberations are underway Friday in the double murder trial of Florida rapper YNW Melly.

A jury began deliberations in YNW Melly's double murder trial after hearing closing arguments from the prosecution and defense.

The sequestered jury will be deliberating through the weekend.

YNW Melly faces the death penalty if convicted of first-degree murder in the 2018 shooting deaths of YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser.
