The vendor - who gave his name only as Mohammad - told DailyMail.com he did nothing to provoke Stuart Seldowitz, who started asking him where he was from and harassing him two weeks ago.

“I went to the food cart expecting to buy a soda and I had an understanding that most of the food cart guys in New York are Egyptian,” Stuart Seldowitz said
