This venerable Michigan Avenue denizen, which sits across from Grant Park and between Van Buren Street and Ida B. Wells Drive, counts among Chicago’s most distinctive and most visited architectural gems.

Sister Hazel plays the Four Winds South Bend casino, DTSB holds a games night, pax duo plays Ignition in Goshen and Elkhart Civic opens a kids musical.

The building, 410 S. Michigan Ave., opened as the Studebaker Building in 1885 as a showroom and assembly plant for carriages. Thirteen years later, it was remodeled and repurposed as the Fine Arts Building.

The coffee quality and selection will remain the same but construction plans also come with the name change.
