Dakshina Kannada DC Mullai Muhilan MP has directed all educational institutions with hostels to submit an affidavit stating that they will provide qualitative services in their hostels within three days. Strict action will be taken against the institutions if any incidents of food poisoning or inmates falling ill are reported in the hostels.
