Opioid overdose crisis has dramatically worsened during COVID-19 pandemic, report says
Toronto’s Medical Officer of Health Dr. Eileen de Villa presented a report on the worsening opioid overdose crisis to the city’s Board of Health on Monday. It includes a list of recommendations, including calling on the federal government to decriminalize drugs.
