On Wednesday, Justice Subhash B Adi, former judge, Karnataka High Court, and Gaurav Gupta, chief commissioner, BBMP, formally launched the ‘citizen participation programme’ for effective micro and macro SWM. Town Hall was packed with senior officials from the BBMP’s SWM division and volunteers during its launch.
