This year’s Summer Reading Program from the Spencer Public Library, “Find Your Voice” opens on June 1. The two-month long event allows participants from all ages to log their hours for the chance to win prizes. That Thursday, the library will hold its kickoff from 1-6 p.m. A popcorn bar stocked with treats will be open, and patrons may create a piece for a community art project the library will put in the window by the children’s section.
