One person is dead after a single-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon on Highway 89 near Flagstaff. Summit Fire and Medical crews were called to the area at milepost 431 at around 3:35 p.m. Witnesses told crews a silver passenger car had been traveling at a high rate of speed when it lost control and rolled several times.
