PARIS — A 36-year-old man is accused of imprisoning another person during a domestic dispute on Summit Road in Paris Wednesday evening, according to the Oneida County Sheriffs Office.

Sharon Ault died Sunday after a driver fleeing Independence police drove in the wrong direction and struck her car. “She lived every moment to her fullest,” her daughter Jessica Ault said.

One woman died, and two people were taken into custody after a police pursuit led to a wrong-way collision Sunday night, according to the Independence Police Department.

Police originally attempted to pull the vehicle involved over due to it not having a license plate.
