Anirudh Ravichander, the music director of the movie Jailer, received a luxury car as a gift from Kalanidhi Maran, the chairman of the Sun Group that produced the film.

Anirudh Ravichander has composed chartbuster songs such as Kaavaalaa, Hukum, and Rathamaarey for Rajinikanth's action-thriller Jailer, which has been a blockbuster success globally.

. It is to be noted that Rajinikanth was also paid a remuneration of Rs 110 crore for Jailer, which means he has earned a total of Rs 210 crore for the film.

Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for Rajinikanth’s Jailer. The film is directed by Nelson.

Rajinikanth's latest release, “Jailer”, continues to dominate the box office. Since its worldwide debut on August 10, the film has amassed over Rs 328 crore net in India within 22 days and is steadily progressing towards crossing Rs 650 crore worldwide. 

Rajinikanths action film Jailer has grossed more than ₹600 crore worldwide, which in turn has contributed to making him the highest paid actor in India.

Superstar Rajinikanth was gifted a brand new BMW X7, valued at around Rs 1.25 crore, by Sun Group founder Kalanithi Maran as a reward for the success of the movie Jailer. Maran also gave Rajinikanth a profit-sharing cheque worth Rs 100 crore from City Union Bank.
