Atlantic Ave, families grabbed their children as large raindrops fell and strong wind gusts blew sand and dust all over. "I only had two hours on the beach, but we had fun," said Juan Ortiz, who drove from Savannah, Georgia, to spend time on the beach with his family. "We had a beautiful day, but we are leaving because the storm is coming."
