LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's Olympic champion Duncan Scott, who won four medals at last year's Tokyo Games, pulled out of the swimming world champions...

While history shows that host nations typically do well at the Games, their performance in the swimming pool does not follow suit.

How fast would Katie Ledecky be in a super suit? We try to answer that question.

While the majority think it won't happen, there's a sizeable number of fans optimistic we'll see a swimmer break 1:44 in the 200 free this year.

Perhaps the biggest shock of the pool competition in Tokyo was Ahmed Hafnaoui’s 400 free win out of lane 8. But the field will be ready for him in Budapest.

Thursday night's finals session of the Mission Viejo Pro Swim Series stop will feature the 100 free, 100 breast, 200 fly, and 400 free.

Tokyo Olympic silver medalist Erica Sullivan (above) is the top seed in the first event of the Pro Swim Series in Mission Viejo: the women's 1500 free.

After showing he's unbeatable on the last 50 at the Tokyo Olympic Games, can Bobby Finke do it again without the element of surprise in Budapest?

After a dominant 1-2 finish in the Olympic final last summer, Great Britain's Tom Duncan and Duncan Scott lead a stacked field in the men's 200 freestyle.

On Night 5 of Australian trials, the women's 50 free, 200 fly, 400 free, and 200 IM as well as the men's 100 back, 50 breast, and 1500 free will be swum.
