No documents regarding ownership of property in dispute had been provided till date by either Sunni Central Waqf Board or Intazamia committee of Eidgah, the defendants in the suit and even electricity connection at the property in dispute was not in the name of the defendants, who were using electricity illegally. FIR had been lodged against them by the electricity department. The matter is being heard in Allahabad high court. Justice Mayant Kumar Jain fixed May 20 for further hearing of the case.
