ILLINOIS Another warm, mostly dry week is expected for the Chicago, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Temperatures all week will be in the 80s, with sunny and dry weather in the forecast.
Monday will have a high of 87 and Tuesday a high of 84, according to the weather service forecast. Both days will be breezy with gusts as high as 25 mph on Monday and 15 mph on Tuesday.
The weather service said on its Twitter that a northerly wind will turn temperatures slightly cooler, but it also causes a risk for rip current on Lake Michigan beaches on both Monday and Tuesday.

Ryan’s passion for weather began in 2005 after witnessing the destruction that Hurricane Katrina had on his family and home. With nothing but a point-and-shoot digital camera in hand, he walked miles up and down the Coast to document the tragedy and its effects on the area and people around him. Using social media, he posted the photos and the stories behind them. The reaction from his peers inspired him to pursue a career doing what had up until then been a hobby.
