Salina-based Vortex Companies has announced it will sponsor the 2021 Smoky Hill River Festival and the admittance wristbands.

The Salina Arts & Humanities will have three headliner acts that includes Cowboy Mouth, Phantom Blues Band and Sunset Sinners for Smoky Hill River Festival 2021, scheduled for Thursday to Sunday, September 2 - 5. Cowboy Mouth, a rowdy alternative-rock band from New Orleans that last mesmerized audiences at the 2001 River Festival.
