Swirling Tendrils of Warped Contention

Welcome to Techno City

Review by Josh Maxi - Everyone loves a good reunion in the world of music, and Mount Kimbie gave us exactly that on their latest album, The Sunset

As summer gets closer, new albums and tracks are being released! From pop to indie rock, discover the newest music!

Dominic Maker and Kai Campos blaze another new path, but the genre vagabonds get a little lost in their sleek shoegaze post-rock album.

It is a busy one this week! The Libertines have released the long-awaited follow-up to 2015’s ’Anthems for Doomed Youth’, The Black Keys have put out their twelfth studio LP and Bob Vylan have put out their fifth album. Head below for more new music....

With Mount Kimbie's selection of winding tracks and mantra-like moments, The Sunset Violent hints towards a higher level of consciousness that one might venture into the desert to attain.

Expanding from a duo to a four-piece, left-field electronic veterans Mount Kimbie pull off sonic and structural changes in a seamless way.

Release Day Picks this week highlight new albums by Khruangbin, The Black Keys, Vampire Weekend, Katie Pruitt, Phosphorescent, Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams, Circles Around The Sun & Mikaela Davis, Bartees Strange, Maggie Rose, Sinkane, Bryson Tiller, Mount Kimbie, X Ambassadors, Marcus King and Old 97's.

Mount Kimbie have shared "Shipwreck" as the latest offering from their highly anticipated fourth studio album, The Sunset Violent.
