Efforts to free a luxury cruise ship, MV Ocean Explorer, that ran aground in Greenlands national park have failed for the third time. The ship, carrying 206 people, had already made two unsuccessful attempts to float free during high tide. The vessel is operated by Aurora Expeditions and has passengers from Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, the UK, and the US.
