NEW YORK CITY A federal court in New York City has upheld Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s curfew prohibiting bars and restaurants from staying open past 10 p.m.
In the decision, which denied an injunction to lift the curfew, U.S. District Court Judge Paul Crotty ruled that Cuomo is within his rights to issue restrictions that protect public health in cases like the Covid-19 pandemic.
