Of the total houses that will be built, 27,000 houses will be reserved for the economically weaker section (EWS) group whereas 17,000 will be made available for the lower income group (LIG) category. These houses will be sold out as per the MHADA prices costing Rs 22.50 lakh, as per MHADA.
