Iwould... ..i feel sometimes that the way conductors work with musicians is that, "i tell you what to do," this sort of thing, urgh... ..it doesnt appeal to me. and sometimes when i saw theatre directors work with actors, who work from inside the actors, who like to bring out the inner qualities of the actors, that is much more appealing to me. so, i tried to have the technique of theatre directors in the work, how i work as a conductor with musicians. and then theres the writing,
