Pc Andrew Harper, who only got married four weeks ago, died after he was dragged along by a vehicle as he was attending reports of a burglary. Our correspondent ben ando has the latest. Roughly three miles from the crossroads where pc Andrew Harper lost his life, caravans behind a fence at a site now linked to the investigation into his death.
