David Smith bragged he had 'got away with it' after a previous jury acquitted him of Sarah Crump's murder.

Smith was acquitted of killing escort Sarah Crump in 1993 but was retried and convicted after double jeopardy rules were scrapped and compelling new evidence emerged. He was jailed for a minimum of 27 years for Ms Crumps murder.

A lorry driver who killed and mutilated a sex worker more than 30 years ago has been found guilty.
