Bobby Rydell, the former teen idol who was born in South Philly, died Tuesday at age 79. He is known for his hit songs 'Wild One' and 'Volare' and for starring as Hugo Peabody in the 1963 movie 'Bye Bye Birdie.' The cause of death was pneumonia complications.
