The iconic Sycamore gap tree is being held at a secret location by the National Trust amid fears ‘trophy hunters’ would attempt to dismember it for keepsakes.
After members of the public were caught trying to take pieces of the famous tree, it has since been removed and kept at a secret storage facility by the National Trust
