She was a little shocked. I am often asked, what is the greatest obstacle . Is a fear of not asking for help when you dont know something. I know ive seen it in my 20plus years as a judge in my different courts. You ask them a question, they dont know the answer. And instead of saying i dont know the answer, they blunderbust and try to make something up. And then theyre skewered by the judges. Ok . Its not much fun. But they seem to fear more the saying i dont know, the embarrassment of that, than the embarrassment of failure in finding the right answer. And i think for me, i understood very, very early on that asking for help is the most important thing to do. Thats what finding mentors is about. For me, who should be your mentor . Law enforcement, immigrant Rights Groups to do a thorough review of the approach towards enforcement, and we are doing that in consultation with democrats and republicans and with any interested party. I do think that the system we have right now is broken. I am not alone in that opinion. The only way to truly fix it is through congressional action. Scrutiny. Hes covering what will be happening at this meeting tonight. What do you believe the campaigns want to see changed about the debates . Representatives from the campaigns gathering in alexandria, virginia to discuss their proposed reforms for the debate. What they wont, they dont have a cohesive vision of what they want. In fact, what some of the campaigns want are rather extreme. We know that the carson campaign, for instance, wants to have all 14 candidates on stage. They want to cap the debates in two hours. They want to have five minutes for opening and closing statements for each candidate. You do the math there. Before you get to commercials youre talking about 45 to 50 minutes left for an actual debate. On top of that, they want more time to answer the questions. What youre looking at is really more of a forum than a debate. What that reflects is the desire among some of these campaign, not all, they really dont like the debate. They would have the forums where they can
